Count and Fairy (Hakushaku to Yousei) is a new anime series premiering in Japan on October 10. It's based on a girlish fantasy light novel series set in 19th century England, about a 17-year-old named Lydia Carlton whose fascination with fairies led to her nickname, the "Fairy Doctor".
